Items received in damaged condition/ manufacturing defect:

In some rare cases, you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, Drop us a email as “DEFECTED PRODUCT” as the subject matter, at (firstname.lastname@example.org ) and will revert you within 24 hours of order query.
It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. Once we received your mail, we'll give
you instructions on how to proceed. We will express ship a replacement item at the earliest possible with no extra shipping cost to you, once we get the wrong item send by you.
As we always tries to maintain superior quality for the supplied products we will not be accepting any returns for any reasons. If you received a wrong/damaged item, then we will happy to accept your returns & process your refund within 7 days.
1.All items which are sold during sale or any promotional offers are considered as a final sale and no returns or alterations will be accepted for SALE products.
2. Matching Blouses doesn’t provide reverse pickup facility. So, if in case of defected item or manufacturing defect it is mandatory for customer to self-courier the defected product at his/her own cost.
